We’re delighted to announce our new partnership with the Summerhill Foundation, through this partnership it will assist the Sport Changes Life Active Ageing and Primary School Honour Roll Programmes. With their support Sport Changes Life are able to help more individuals in the local community, utilising the shared passion of improving the lives of both younger and older people, this partnership will broaden the reach of Sport Changes Life.
