Don’t forget where you came from!

Today I got the chance to meet with MAAC Commissioner Rich Ensor. I might be biased but the MAAC is my favorite conference 🙂 It made me excited to be able to represent my alum Niagara University as well as the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference which NU is a part of. There are so many people who helped me get to Niagara, and then so many people from Niagara and from the MAAC who helped me get to Dublin through the Victory Scholar program. I want to thank them for doing that by being the best mentor, coach, student, and player I can be while over here in Ireland.

I now also get to represent Trinity College, which is going to take a lot of work because of its prestigious reputation. Today we talked about how I could share my experience with Sport Changes Life with others and talk to those who would want to apply to study abroad or to be a Victory Scholar in the future. I feel so lucky to be in such a position with this opportunity still ahead of me!

The pressure is coming now but I’m ready for the challenge!
