Hello Everyone my name is Caitlin Bricketto and I am extremely excited to Join Sport Changes Life on its first year in Dubai! I am from Coral Springs, Florida but I have been living in NYC the past 6 years while attending Manhattan College. I received my Bachelors degree in 2015, and this past May I received my MBA.
During my time at Manhattan College I was a four year letter winner, and the captain of my senior year tennis team. I also served as the president of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). This meant organizing community service initiatives, campus initiatives, and representing the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) at NCAA meetings. During my senior year I was awarded the SAAC Outstanding Community Service Award, as well as the Manhattan College Jasper Award, which goes to the graduating student-athlete on each team with the highest cumulative GPA.
In pursuit of my MBA these past two years I became an administrator for the Manhattan College Intercollegiate Athletics Department where I have been in charge of fundraising for all 19 Division 1 teams, as well as managing SAAC. Outside of Manhattan College I have been a high school tennis coach in my free time for both the boys and girls teams of Ethical Culture Fieldston.
I believe that all of these experiences will compliment my time within The DBI Programme, and I am so excited and thankful to be a representative of Sport Changes Life on this new adventure. I cant wait to see what the future holds!
