Hi everyone! My name is Jenna Kaufman. I am so grateful and excited for the opportunity to be a Victory Scholar in the Sport Changes Life program for the ‘18-‘19 class. I am from Damascus, Maryland but went to school in Pennsylvania at Seton Hill University. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with an Honors Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. I was a 4 year starter, a senior caption, and a 1500 point scorer on the Seton Hill women’s basketball team. I made PSAC all conference second team as a junior, and PSAC all conference first team as a senior. I also was an All Academic COSIDA award winner twice, as well as WBCA All-American Honorable Mention award winner my senior year.
I am incredibly excited to continue my academic and athletic career internationally and to immerse myself in a new culture. My hope as a Victory Scholar is to serve as a role model and positive influence as I work with the youth of the Irish community. I have learned so much through sport and exercise over my lifetime, and have loved basketball ever since I can remember, so I hope to use my passion to positively impact the youth of Ireland.
