Hey everyone! My name is Meghan Donohue and I am so excited to join the Sport Changes Life team as a Victory Scholar! I am from Akron, Ohio, but I have spent the past four years studying and playing basketball at Siena College in Albany, New York. I graduated in May 2017 with a BS in Management, and I was also a four-year varsity athlete on the women’s basketball team at Siena College. Over the past four years I started in every game as a Siena Saint, became a member of the 1,000 point club, and I also had the honor of serving as a three-year captain.
In the fall, I will be attending Waterford Institute of Technology and getting my masters in Business Management. Along with obtaining my degree I will be playing on the women’s basketball team and helping to serve the community. I am very excited and honored to be a member of the SCL team! I am especially looking forward to teaching young kids about basketball and making a difference in their lives. I am beyond grateful for this opportunity and I look forward to making a difference in the community, earning my degree, and continuing my basketball career. I cannot wait to get started!
