Biography

Hey everyone! My name is Mackenzie Rule and I am beyond grateful to be a part of Sport Changes Life as a Victory Scholar. I grew up in West Chester, Pennsylvania and I recently graduated Magna Cum Laude from Saint Joseph’s University, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where I studied Finance and Risk Management Insurance and also played for the women’s basketball team. During those four years, our team was a participant in both the NCAA and WNIT tournaments, and I was named captain my senior year. This fall, I will be attending Trinity College in Dublin, and receiving my master’s in Financial Risk Management.

When I was younger, I was fortunate enough to play basketball under coaches and players who still remain as some of the most influential people in my life today. In the upcoming year, I am honored to be able to take on that role of a mentor and coach for the surrounding communities in Dublin, while continuing to play the sport that I have enjoyed my entire life. I cannot wait to experience the opportunity of a lifetime!
