What’s happenin’ everybody? My name is Jared Mintz and I’m from Toronto, Canada. I traveled to Easton, Pennsylvania to study and hoop at Lafayette College, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology in the process. Attending Lafayette allowed me to accomplish my childhood dream of playing NCAA basketball in the USA, and I loved every minute of it.
Following graduation I traveled to Israel to chase another dream: playing professional basketball. It was a great experience but now that my pro career is over I could not be more excited about spending the next year at the University of Ulster studying in the Masters in Business Studies.
I’m looking forward to making some good friends, playing basketball, and doing all I can in the community through the Victory Scholarship program.
