Hi! My name is Jessica Koci and I am from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I have recently graduated from La Salle University in Philadelphia with a BSc in Accounting. During my time at La Salle, I was a member of the Women’s Basketball team. I was named A10 Rookie of the Year, Philadelphia Big 5 second Team, and Big 5 All-Academic Team for two years in a row. I was also named Student Athlete of the Day for Academics, Athletics & Community, which was the most rewarding honor I have received.
In Ireland, I will be attending the University of Carlow, where I will earn my Master’s in Business and playing for the University’s basketball team. I am very excited about this wonderful opportunity to continue playing basketball while furthering my education, but most importantly, I look forward to being able to give back to the community and make an impact on young people through sports. I have always loved volunteering at local camps and clinics in the Philadelphia area, and I am thrilled to continue doing so in Ireland!
