Hey Everyone!! My name is Matthew Graves and I am from Upper Marlboro, Maryland which is about 20-30 minutes outside Washington D.C. I went to school at Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, North Carolina and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. I also was a part of and competed for Belmont Abbey for four years as a member of their Men’s Basketball team. I also was the Vice President of the SAAC (Student-Athlete Advisory Committee) and worked as a mentor in schools and camps, while attending Belmont Abbey College. Here in Northern Ireland, I will be continuing my studies from the University of Ulster, Jordanstown, in which I will be studying a Masters of Business Studies.
I have never been across the Atlantic Ocean EVER, so I am definitely looking forward to the opportunity to see how the culture is different here in relation to the USA.
