My name is Michele McCaughern and I’m from West Chester, Pennsylvania. I graduated with a BSc in Accounting from LaSalle University’s School of Business in Philadelphia, where I was a member of the women’s basketball and was named captain my senior year.
This past year I began my Accounting career with the Aramark Corporation. I also completed my first year of coaching as an assistant at Swarthmore College, where the woman’s basketball team ended their season 23-7 and won the school’s first ever ECAC Division III Championship.
This year I will be attending the University of Galway to receive my MSc in International Management. Aside from being able to play again, I am even more excited to make an impact with the at-risk youth in Ireland. I’m extremely excited to embark on this journey to Ireland where my ancestors are from, so that I can continue my education, continue coaching, and continue playing a sport I love!
