Hi! My name is Nicole Krusen and I am from Rockville, Maryland, which is about 30 minutes from Washington, DC. I recently graduated from Loyola University Maryland in Baltimore, with a BSc in Marketing and began a Master of the Arts in Emerging Media. I was also a member of the basketball team at Loyola, where I was named co-captain my senior year. My career at Loyola opened many doors for me. I was able to help in the community by coaching at youth sports camps, and volunteering.
This year I have the opportunity to further my studies at NUI Galway, while continuing to play the sport I love. More importantly, I get to work with at-risk kids in the local community and make a difference in their lives. I am beyond excited to embark on this next step of my journey in Galway, Ireland and can’t wait to see what this next year will bring!
